NOWDS is looking for Parent Volunteers to sit on the NOWDS Fundraising Board of Directors. Please send an email to admin@nowdance.ca if you would be interested in this fantastic opportunity.
NOWDS is a non profit fundraising society, run by a parent volunteer Board of Directors, and our mandate is to assist the membership with opportunities to raise funds that will help pay for costs incurred for dance. In addition, we provide a variety of scholarships and student/instructor development workshops.
The membership fee is $10.00, which in turn, allows you to raise funds that can be applied towards your dance program fees, and other expenses. This membership is unique to NOW Dance, and we are excited to be able to assist you in this way!

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
NOWDS, in conjunction with NOW Dance Studio, also believes in recognizing the dancers for all of their hard work. A number of scholarship opportunities have been established, and the students are recognized at the Year End Recital.
STUDENT OF THE YEAR - $500.00
MOST IMPROVED DANCER (Age 8 to 12) - $250.00
MOST IMPROVED DANCER (Age 13 +) - $250.00
CHANTAL CONNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP - $200.00 awarded annually to the dancer who emulates the qualities of hard work, respect, and a love of dance.
VANSTONE FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP - Performance Power - $200.00 awarded annually.
